My photographic career started in 1969 when appointed as lead photographer on a scientific expedition in Africa. In those days , a career in photography was somewhat limited, and I turned my sights on a career in commerce. I graduated with a B Com from Rhodes University and qualified as ACIS, and followed a career in finance for the next forty years. However, I always continued to appreciate the world through the camera lens and the circle back to professional photography was inevitable.

My philosophy as a photographer:
Taking a photo, is telling a story. All good story tellers need to focus on composition, an eye for detail and connection with the subject.

I head up the team for Auckland North and Rodney, and yes...still enjoy picking up the camera. The world of real estate marketing is rapidly changing and we are always watching the horizon for new developments - both technical and media wise to keep our "one shop stop" business model at the front of the pack

Always open to new ideas, and going the extra mile to deliver the WOW factor. I love the challenge of making every home I photograph look special.
