Dave Tozer is a name also greatly known world wide for his spectacular New Years Eve Firework panoramas of the Harbour since the year 2000. And also for the natural light and sunset panoramas of our famous Sydney Harbour featuring the Bridge and the Opera House.

Dave’s photography is unique because he digitally stitches together up to ten photos to create his suburb seamless panoramas of up to 360 degrees.

I have had extensive real estate photography for more than 20 years.

I am embracing the latest HDR photography technique of blending up to 9 photos together along with Flash photography to achieve a wide and true dynamic range in every image to produce a result which is really polished and realistic with amazing clarity.

Angles, perspectives and creating spaciousness in my images is paramount as well as the right amount of colour balance along with blue skies (creating blue skys for shots on an overcast/rainy day).

Where possible i like to provide complimentary location shots from my extensive beach collection and often on the spot beach shoots when i'm out doing properties in the area.

As a real estate photographer it is important to style (ie arrange/tidy up/remove items etc) of the room/area being shot to give an inviting appeal to the photo as well as aiming to achieve a sense of spaciousness and where possible a sense of privacy or appealing outlook.

Happy to and I often work independently if required and would also greatly welcome/appreciate the agent's participation in the shoot.

I live locally in Newport and can be booked at very short notice...even same day if possible and our turnaround is 24 hours or less.
