Alex Gouveia is our newest addition to the team - a full-time real estate videographer and a part-time race car driver—because capturing homes at high speed (figuratively, of course) is just his style. Obsessed with anything on wheels, Alex brings the same adrenaline and precision from the racetrack into his videography, creating dynamic, high-impact visuals that make properties shine.
Family-focused and always up for an adventure, Alex has bungee jumped off Nevis in New Zealand, mastered the art of juggling (both literally and figuratively), and regrets not buying Bitcoin when he had the chance. If he could time travel, he’d go back and change that financial misstep—but for now, he’s focused on the future, crafting stunning cinematic experiences that help homes sell fast.
When he’s not behind the camera or behind the wheel, you might find Alex indulging in his guilty pleasure—chocolate—or dreaming about a dinner with Margot Robbie. And if he came back as an animal? A hawk or eagle, soaring high and always keeping a sharp eye on the next big shot.
