When the buyer ultimately saw the property they were thrilled it was just as represented in the photos.

Thank you once again for the awesome photos you took for us. Been told by the vendor, the neighbour struggled a while before the property was sold just before Christmas.

We launched the property on the web site with your photos on Friday 15 Feb 2013, took 4 groups through on Sunday, 5 groups on Monday over 30 phone calls requesting to make a time for inspection.

Went into a multiple offer situation on 18 Feb 2013 (3 days) it is now sold conditionally at the asking price. Won’t achieve this without you amazing photos.
