I've been with open2view in Taupo for nearly 2 years now and loving it.
I HAVE A STRONG ART BACKROUND -From my early childhood, I always loved creation as Art is my passion. I was the bored child that stayed up late with just my pad and pens drawing anything and everything for all my young years. As I got older through my Teen years my skills developed rapidly, I was at the top of my level. My drawing love had brunched out into different medias like painting, printing and design which got me passes in 5th 6th form school certs and bursary. I later attended Waiariki Polytechic 1998-2000 to study Maori art, craft and design right through to Media Design school learning classical animation and CGI animation in 2001-2003. Between 1999 and 2002 I had hit the mural scene painting massive large scale works in night clubs and public places around Auckland. Art is a big part of my life that reflects my work output in the way I see in this physical world.
Around 2003 I got my first SLR camera which was a flagship model at the time. I stumbled across a 35mm film camera with an old Tokino 20-210 lens. I guess this is where it all started. My first baby steps to the photography world! I practiced, failed, practiced, I'm still learning and going hard.
As an Artist I still have the passion for drawing, painting and photography. I have a side business called Shantastik Arts. This is where all my creativity is evolved from weddings, family shoots, birth photography to Mural painting and airbrush art.
I incorporate my artistical love to Open2view. Real-state photography is another form of art creation to me.
