I think it must have been your stunning shots that sold the house! Many people commented on how fantastic the photography was. Some of the photos looked even better than in the flesh, but I wasn't complaining. They were amazing.
Just wondered if it was at all possible to buy one copy of photograph 38, taken with the e.p.u. so I could frame it to have in my next place, to cherish my fond memories I had with my late husband Ray.
Open2View is a key tool in our business and it is so much more than just a
website. Selling the product to our clients is never a problem as the
website sells itself, we find that before we get to a listing presentation
most people have had some contact with the Open2View website either in the
capacity of being a buyer or just having a look at different houses on the
website to compare their property to. The professional photographs are
invaluable and a real point of difference, being able to use them in all
print media and social media really helps to get a consistent representation
of the property. We use the website to send vendor reports which go out
automatically each week to show the vendor how many people have viewed their
property and where these people are looking from, so if it is a waterfront
property or land that may be of interest to overseas buyers we can track
that through the website to see if we are hitting the right target market,
it is a great tool to keep your vendors up to date with the interest in
their properties and another point of contact in the week that just happens
without you even having to think about it.
Open2View is a one stop shop for signage and brochures and with the 'agent
login' tab it is very user friendly to control your listings, edit the order
of photographs, change the price and the script of a property, add open
homes all by using your own login and you don't have to wait for the office
to open. We have had many comments about how efficient we are just by
changing something about a property while talking to the vendor on the
phone, this feature also allows us to get a listing up and running in record
time, change the price (particularly when it is a price reduction) which
gets the property exposed to our buyers quickly and keeps our vendors happy.
Booking for the photographs is a simple process through the website and the
photographers are fantastic with our vendors, they have a great eye for
detail and get us to move things that do not look right, they are
accommodating about time frames with regards to advertising deadlines and
also the weather. We recommend Open2View for all ends of the market, if it
is a low value property or vendors on a budget the standard package is an
easy sell, for vendors who need to sell quickly and need maximum exposure
the upgrade to a feature is highly recommended and then for our executive or
lifestyle properties night shots and if needed aerial shots for land or a
sea view are great to offer people. Without a doubt we get more buyer
enquiry to our open2view properties than our properties that are not on
open2view, I don't know how agents sell real estate without Open2View.

I looked through this link and loved them, thought it a bit strange that there's so many of the lounge (by the way photo 18 and 19 seem to be exactly the same) and none of Baxter's room or upstairs....but then I got an email from Deane with the open2view link and there's heaps more on there.
I've just sat there going over and over and over them, and then over and over them again - our house looks so good you'd be crazy not to come and look at it. Now I feel sad that we're leaving.....

Hi Rachel, Finally worked out why this listing is so appealing. It's the photographs, which are crystal clear and free of distortion. So many of your colleagues use cell phone cameras set on wide angle to take their house pics, which distort everything and are an insult to the buyer and the seller. Yours are a cut above and I am sure that they will have the desired result. Greg.
