My name is Richard Ellender, I photograph Real Estate in The North Eastern Metropolitan area of Melbourne.

In the meantime here are my top 10 Tips and Hints to help you prepare your home before I arrive :)

● Keep cars out of sight
● Lawns mowed / weeds removed
● Remove pet bowls etc.
● Remove all fridge magnets
● No dirty or clean dishes in sight
● Beds made neatly with clean linen
● Fresh flowers / fruit bowl / matching bathroom towels
● Wine bottle & glasses for outdoor setting
● De-clutter all benches Kitchen/Bathroom/Rooms of surplus items and toys
● Turn ALL lights on & make sure light bulbs are working
